The customer has the right to cancel the order within 7 working days from delivery. The customer must notify us by phone of the intention to cancel within 7 working days from the delivery. After notification we will issue a returns number that you must quote on the paperwork when returning the goods.
If the product you have received is damaged or faulty when delivered, please contact our Customer Services person (any time) on +44(0)7950975262 who will notify you of our returns procedure. You have up to 30 days from delivery to report if your items are faulty or damaged.
1. Goods must be returned in the original packaging complete ‘AS SOLD’ and ‘AS NEW’.
2. Goods must be complete, unused, and in ‘AS NEW’ condition (e.g. if you have opened the packaging to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packed in the same manner as received.
3. Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within 14 days from authorization. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted, changed mind and non-faulty items after the 14 days.
4. Any ‘FREE GIFTS’ provided with the products must also be returned.
5. UPON delivery, all curtain poles and tracks must be inspected at the point of when the courier is delivering the item. Before signing for the goods, please inspect the items and the packaging and if the items or packaging found damaged, please inform the courier and sign and ensure that you have ticked the damaged box on the courier’s hand held device or paper work. If this fails to be done, we will not be able to accept the item back as damaged.
6. All blinds must be inspected within 24 hours. Any faults with the products must be reported immediately to our Customer Care number. Please inspect the items and the packaging and if the items or packaging is damaged, please inform TEXNTRADE Customer Care and if this fails to be done, we will not be able to accept the item back as damaged.
You must organize the returns the unwanted items at your expense and risk. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization and a returns authorization number. The returns authorization is valid for up to 14 days only. Goods sent back without prior returns authorization will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to you.
Full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund authorized only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department to check for completeness and correct product return.
1. Goods received back complete as NEW and unused and in original box and packaging including all accessories and in a re-sellable condition:
You will be refunded the full invoice amount less cost of delivery.
2. Goods received back not in a re-sellable condition:
We are unable to accept these back under the above terms and the goods will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to you.
3. All curtain poles or tracks returned for a general refund will be charged a handling fee of 10% off the product price
Goods received back complete ‘AS NEW’ and unused and in original box and packaging including all accessories and in a re-sellable condition: Goods will not be accepted back if they are not in a re-sellable condition.
